Some of our users are getting the error "Unable to reset device" when trying to attach their Ledgers. 

This is an issue that started after Chromium based browsers introduced a new USB backend. 




Depending on which browser you're using, please try the following to fix this issue:

  • In the Chrome browser, go to chrome://flags#new-usb-backend and disable the New USB Backend
  • In the Brave browser, go to brave://flags/#new-usb-backend and disable the New USB Backend
  • Try using the Edge browser instead, which has worked for other users.
