Ledger Error: Unable to reset the device Print

Some of our users are getting the error "Unable to reset device" when trying to attach their Ledgers.
This is an issue that started after Chromium based browsers introduced a new USB backend.
Depending on which browser you're using, please try the following to fix this issue:
- In the Chrome browser, go to chrome://flags#new-usb-backend and disable the New USB Backend
- In the Brave browser, go to brave://flags/#new-usb-backend and disable the New USB Backend
- Try using the Edge browser instead, which has worked for other users.
