During the unbonding period, you will not receive any staking rewards. 

You will receive, however, the staking rewards for the last era in which you unbonded. If your rewards destination is to compound the rewards with your stash, that will result in that amount being bonded even after you unbond. In that case, you may want to chill (stop nominating) in one era and unbond in the next.
