Nova Wallet Overview

Nova Wallet is available for iOS and Android. In this article, we'll show the Android version of the app, but the differences are minimal.

You'll be asked to add your account once you install the app and open it for the first time. You have four options:

The following screenshot shows the initial view of the Nova Wallet once you add an account. By default, the Assets tab is open. Numbers in the screenshot refer to the sections briefly described below:

1. In this section, you can switch between the accounts you added to Nova Wallet, add and remove them, and view your account addresses on each supported network.

2. In this section, you can see your total account balance, send funds (both as regular transfers and cross-chain), and buy crypto.

3. Taping on "Your NFTs" will show you all the NFTs stored in your account.

4. On the "Vote" tab, you can delegate your vote or vote directly on Polkadot OpenGov and several other networks. You can also view the latest crowdloans on Polkadot and Kusama in this tab.

5. The "DApps" tab allows you to connect your Nova Wallet account to one of the many web apps in the ecosystem, including the Polkadot Staking Dashboard.

6. On the "Staking" tab, you can stake your DOT solo or join a nomination pool. Other networks are also supported.

7. The last section is the "Settings" tab, where you can manage your accounts in the app and change your preferences.
