PolkaGate is a Polkadot wallet developed and maintained by PolkaGate Foundation. It is an open-source browser extension available for Mozilla Firefox and Chromium-based browsers, funded by the Kusama Treasury. PolkaGate is compatible with many DApps and tools in the ecosystem.

How to add your Polkadot Vault account to PolkaGate
1. Click on the PolkaGate icon next to your URL bar. If you've set a login password, you'll need to enter it and unlock the wallet first:
2. Click on the menu button in the top right corner of the extension, click "Settings", and allow QR camera access. You may be asked to give permission in your browser:
3. Next, click "Import account" and choose "Attach external QR signer". Your camera will start on your computer:
4. Open and unlock your Polkadot Vault app. Tap on the account you want to add to see its QR code, then show this QR code to the camera on your computer.
5. The QR code will be recognized and your account address will be fetched in PolkaGate. Name the account; the name is only used locally for your convenience:
6. Click "Add account," and you're done! Your Polkadot Vault account will appear in the list of accounts in PolkaGate.
