Polkawallet is a non-custodial, treasury-funded wallet that allows users to access Web 3.0 and parachains within the Polkadot Ecosystem, offering a wide range of features.
In this article, we introduce the various features and capabilities of Polkawallet. Follow each of the links to access a support article specific to that feature.
Polkawallet is available as a mobile app for iOS and Android, which you can download from Polkawallet's official site.

Polkawallet main page overview
Once you have created or imported your first account in Polkawallet you'll be presented with the "Assets" screen.
As we navigate through this screen, you can click on the links to read instructions for that particular functionality.
1. From the wallet icon at the top left, you can switch between your accounts in the wallet on the various chains supported by Polkawallet and select the one you want to interact with.
From the same page, you can also:
- Create a new account
- Restore an account from a mnemonic phrase or JSON file
2. At the top you can see the currently selected account. The address format is for the selected network that is shown right below the address.
3. By clicking on the "+" icon at the top right, you can scan an address to Send funds from your account or get your account address in text and QR format in order to Receive funds in your account.
4. At the middle of the screen you can view the fiat value of your balance as well as a breakdown of your balance between available, locked, and reserved.
5. Under "Assets" you can see the tokens in your account on the selected network. By clicking on a token you open a new view from where you can:
6. Tap on the "Assets" screen to access this screen.
7. From the "Metahub" screen you can access a variety of features, including:
- Sending tokens cross-chain (from one chain to another)
- Staking and Managing your stake
- Participating in Polkadot OpenGov
- Participating in Crowdloans
8. Tap on the "Settings" button to:
- Manage the current account
- Add addresses to your Address Book
- Change the app's preferences
